5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: We ship products within India. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.
  • Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or any damages incurred during shipping.

  .  Order Processing Time:Orders are processed within 1-2 business days

           (excluding weekends ) after receiving your order confirmation email.

            You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Delivery Estimates:

South India maximum 4 days from the day of shipping

North India maximum 7 days of shipping

Shipping Locations:

  • We ship to addresses within India.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Shipping During Warm Weather:

  • During warm weather months, we may and insulated packaging to prevent melting.
  • We may also limit shipping to certain days to prevent your chocolate from sitting in a warm warehouse over the weekend.


6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 15 days for the refund to be processed.

  • Disclaimer: Our products are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our site will be available at all times or free from errors.
